DIRECTIONS FOR RETRIEVING
EMPLOYMENT APPLICATIONS

1. Go to www.VirginiaUsedCarDealers.com

2. On the left, type in your VIADA Number and Password and click login.

3. On the far right, move the mouse over Retrieve…

4. Click on Employment.

5. You will see a list of payments that have been submitted to you. Click the box to the left of the employment application(s) you would like to view.

6. Click Submit Query at the bottom of the list.

7. You will see the application(s) that you selected. Print this page for your records.

We strongly recommend that you then click the back button and click on the Delete box for all listings. Then click Submit Query. This will permanently remove all private information from the Internet and will keep your dealership in compliance with all privacy laws.
